Welcome to Indilicious!
 

I’m Gadha — an IT Engineer turned passionate home chef. Originally from Kerala in South India, I now live in Maastricht, the Netherlands, with my husband and our 11-year-old son.
 

Cooking has always been close to my heart. What began as a love for good food and childhood memories of watching my Mom create delicious meals has grown into a true passion. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed exploring my culinary creativity through cooking, experimenting with flavour's, food styling, photography, and sharing my journey on Instagram at @wandering_gadz.
 

I inherited my love for cooking from my Mom, and I still cherish the joy of being in the kitchen just as much as I did back then. I cook, serve, and eat with equal passion — because for me, food is not just nourishment, it’s an experience meant to be shared.
